I am a second year MS student in Computer Science at the University of Massachusetts Amherst graduating in May of 2020. Currently looking for full-time positions as a research engineer, machine learning engineer, or data scientist. I am currently completing a MS Project advised by Dr. Marc-Alexandre Côté and Trapit Bansal. I am working on improving generalization by leveraging knowledge graphs for reinforcement learning in text-based environments. In the spring of 2019, I spent the semester researching deep learning methods for multi-resolution time series data in the Information Fusion Laboratory under Dr. Madalina Fiterau. Before UMass, I earned a BS in Computer Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and conducted research under Dr. Aaron Carpenter and Dr. Mehmet Ergezer.

Leveraging Knowledge Graphs in Text-Based Reinforcement Learning
2019 | Information Fusion Labratory, UMass |
Deep Learning Methods for Multivariate Time-Series Data
2018 | Research Co-op, Wentworth |
Developed new AI course for embedded devices and a VR based electrical engineering laboratory |
2019 | Human-Autonomy Interaction Labratory Intern, Sonalysts |
Researched methods for authorship attribution on datasets of different sizes and various levels of formality in writing (Twitter vs E-Mail). My work was the preliminary research to be used in an upcoming Department of Defense contract.
2017 | Test Development Engineering Co-op, Teradyne |
During a full time role I developed a C# and C++ API for the Universial Robots 6-axis collobrative robotic arm for engineers to incorporate into new and existing tests. During a part time position, I redesigned the plotting functionality for a statistical process control tool.
2016 | Electrical Engineering Intern, Gerber Technology |
Reconstructed a test fixture for the circuit boards of Gerber's Paragon cutter. I also created and maintained a Google Apps Ticketing system for employees to report issues in the manufacturing process. |
